Client services

If a project hasn't started, any advance is refunded in full. Once work has started, refunds cover unstarted milestones only — completed work is billed as agreed in writing.

Digital products

Product-specific refund terms (if any) are shown on each product's own site. Unless stated otherwise, digital purchases are final once delivered or activated.

How to ask

Email hello@rathoreindustries.com with your name, date, and amount. We respond within 7 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
